The WRC operates the oldest domestic violence program in Virginia. Last year they provided services to 4500 people, including immediate advocacy and support at local hospitals for children and adults who have been abused.

The Grand Happiness Foundation donated bunk beds and mattresses for the bedrooms, living room furniture and went back a few months later to refurnish the staff hotline room with a futon, table and flat screen TV.
